Redcentric's Data Centres provide high quality off site environments within which to locate core IT applications. The Data Centres are geographically spread (Reading, Londom, Harrogate, Cambridge, Herfordshire) and are all environmentally controlled and fully equipped with high levels of security throughout. The Harrogate data centre is home to our Service Management Centre from where all services are pro-actively managed and monitored 24 x 7 x 365. The Harrogate data centre has also benefited from a £4m upgrade. It now boasts the latest in power management and cooling technology, as well as advanced access control and CCTV surveillance, and industrial standard fire protection and suppression systems.

Our data centre colocation hosting facilities and delivery model have been assessed by independent consultants on behalf of UK government departments, resulting in our accreditation to store HM Government data protectively marked 'restricted'. Our facilities at Harrogate and Reading have been accredited with ISO27001, ISO9001 and PCI DSS for Physical Hosting Services.

Our Colocation service offers a range of configuration options, from fully secure, dedicated, lockable cabinets/racks through to private suites customised to your specific hosting requirements. Technical support is provided by way of hands & eyes support, but can be tailored to meet advanced requirements, such as hardware procurement/installation.

A dedicated 42u rack within a data centre offers secure, dedicated, lockable cabinets/racks that can be customised to specific requirements. Remote 'hands and eyes' support is provided for clients if required. Support packages can be tailored to meet advanced specific client requirements, such as hardware procurement and installation.

A private colocation hosting suite within one of our data centres is the perfect environment for clients who need multiple racks and workspace, combined with an extra layer of security. Our private colocation suites offer a secure area, tailored to a client's specific requirements. With dedicated access control linked to CCTV, these spaces are ideal for sensitive data storage.
