eASPNet Taiwan Inc. was founded in 2000. The data center built at the beginning of our establishment was certified by the international organization TruSecure and met the international standard for professional Internet data centers (Tier 3). It was the first data center in Asia to pass this audit. Additionally, we operate a fully neutral ISP-level data center and are the preferred provider of data center services for many renowned telecom companies, including AT&T, BT, Telstra, NTT, and IPTP.
As a data center with 99.999% high reliability and utilization, our Network Operation Center (NOC) provides 24/7 monitoring services and technical support for all equipment in the data center. In the field of information security, through continuous training and professional efforts, we have earned BSI certification for compliance with ISO 27001/27011 information security management and ISO 27017/27018 security controls for cloud services.
To help enterprises achieve optimal performance, eASPNet offers a range of professional services, including hosting services, IDC consulting, internet access, security, GWS CLOUD services, GWStack leasing, cloud backup, disaster recovery, cloud resource pool, and various value-added applications.
In 2016, we collaborated with VMware, a global leader in cloud architecture, to establish Taiwan’s first "on-premises hybrid cloud." This allows enterprises using VMware's infrastructure to utilize the hybrid cloud platform based on VMware SDDC technology, offering security, stability, and high-performance cloud services. Additionally, we are an authorized and certified partner of VMware Cloud Verified, providing strong support for the digital transformation of enterprises in Taiwan and offering comprehensive, high-quality solutions. Since our establishment, we have received recognition from government entities, educational institutions, and businesses across various industries, including Louisa Coffee, Mercedes-Benz, Din Tai Fung, Shan-Loong Transportation, among others.
In 2020, we partnered with SUPERNAP Thailand, the leading data center operator in Thailand, to export our technology and experience from the GWS Cloud Application Service Platform and officially enter the Thai market. The service launch was immediately embraced by Thai companies such as YSentric Thailand, a major local digital imaging application manufacturer, and CubiNet, a gaming company. We are not only innovative application providers who stay attuned to global trends but also practitioners who closely align with market needs and set industry benchmarks.
