The Envision Galaxy Campus, located in the Chahar High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Ulanqab, China, is a significant zero-carbon AI computing power project. Developed by Envision (Ulanqab) Technology Development Co., Ltd., the facility will span 130,000 square meters of construction area. The project includes plans for a computing power center, a comprehensive operation and maintenance building, and a substation. Construction is scheduled to take place from April 2025 through December 2027. The total investment for this initiative is 3,000,000 yuan, with 900 million yuan from self-owned funds and a bank loan application for 2,100,000 yuan.
