ITC Properties Yangkou Port

ITC Properties Yangkou Port is a planned artificial intelligence computing center located in the Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone in Nantong, China. The project, a collaboration between ITC Properties Group Limited and the Jiangsu Rudong Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone Management Committee, aims to develop a 1-gigawatt (GW) green-energy AI computing infrastructure. The development is planned in phases over approximately five years, with the first phase targeting a 200MW green AI computing center. The project intends to leverage local green energy resources, including offshore wind power and photovoltaic power, and explore the utilization of liquefied natural gas cold energy for cooling systems. The facility will focus on serving needs such as AI model training and inference, high-performance computing, and cloud computing. While the memorandum of cooperation is not legally binding, the parties are committed to studying the feasibility of various green energy solutions to support the data center's operations, aiming for a high proportion of green electricity usage.
