Located in Liaobu Town, Dongguan, between Guangzhou and Shenzhen in the Greater Bay Area, it sits on a 20‑acre independent, closed campus with a total construction area of 18,000 m². The site houses 3,110 standard cabinets, all fully operational, and is built to strict national A‑level standards.

The data center features 2N power redundancy with dual 10 kV mains feeds, N+1 diesel generator backup, and priority fuel supply agreements.
