ZDATA Fangshan New Type Computing Industry Park

ZDATA Group has launched construction of its Fangshan New Type Computing Industry Park in Beijing, marking the city’s first “land-and-certificate” synchronized data center project. The site was approved for land transfer, certification, and construction all on the same day, streamlining deployment in coordination with local government.

The facility will feature a modular computing architecture optimized for edge computing and data slicing. It is designed to support advanced workloads including IPv6 R&D, AI platforms, and embedded hardware systems. The infrastructure will integrate flexible access methods and intelligent data processing capabilities.

ZDATA plans to leverage its expertise in green design, low-carbon operations, and intelligent O&M to position the park as a benchmark for high-precision digital infrastructure in the Fangshan district.
