Amazon Web Services (AWS) is developing a data center campus in Huechuraba, in northern Santiago, Chile. Known as the "Centro de Almacenamiento de Datos Huechuraba" in Chilean environmental assessment documents, the project is being developed by Servicios Amazon Data Services Chile SpA at Américo Vespucio 1055, near Camino El Guanaco. The approved development comprises two data center buildings on a site of approximately 10.9 hectares, with a projected total built area of 21,350 m² and an estimated investment of US$205 million. The project received environmental approval in July 2024, which was upheld by Chile's Second Environmental Court in April 2026. The development is planned in multiple stages, with the second data center building scheduled for a later phase. The campus forms part of AWS's broader expansion of cloud infrastructure in Chile.
