The M3 Data Center, operated by Telus Communications, is located at 111 E 5th Avenue in Vancouver, Canada. This facility is undergoing a conversion from a three-story office building, originally constructed in 1977, into a data center. The project is being managed by Westbank. The M3 facility is situated in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighborhood. Operations are slated to commence by the end of 2026, with scaling planned to continue through 2028. The building previously housed Hootsuite, a social media management software provider.
