Cologix TOR5 is an enterprise-grade digital edge data center located in Markham, Canada, just north of Toronto. This Tier III designed facility spans over 40,000 SQFT with an additional 80,000 SQFT of expansion available, offering dedicated pods and approximately 1,000 cabinets. It features a purpose-built, single-floor design with 17’ clear height and 24” raised floors.

Power infrastructure includes 3MW of hydro power, 2.2 MW UPS (N+1) with 3 MW expansion plans, and a 5-day onsite fuel supply for its N+1 generator system. Cooling is managed by an N+1 solution with Liebert CRAC units and plans for additional chilled water solutions, complemented by cold aisle containment.

Security is multi-layered, featuring 24/7 onsite guards, a bullet-proof mantrap, anti-pass back protection, and a perimeter fence with alarms. The facility boasts diverse Metro Connect and Metro Fiber connectivity to Cologix's 151 Front Street facility, providing access to over 160 networks and 50+ cloud providers, including cloud onramps for major providers like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.

Support is available 24/7 through local teams and a Network Operations Center (NOC). TOR5 holds ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI DSS certifications.
