This 130,135 sq ft (12,090 sqm) facility, situated on approximately 100 acres at 1 Plant Technology Road in Corman Park, Saskatoon, Canada, is being considered for conversion into a data center.

The site currently benefits from access to three 500kVA transformers, one 1,000kVA transformer, and a 2,000kVA transformer.

Previously operated by Prairie Plant Systems, a medical cannabis specialist acquired by Aurora Cannabis in 2018, the facility was closed in 2020 due to economic challenges. The land parcel is zoned for agricultural use.

Saskatoon is Saskatchewan's largest city. While not a major data center market, it hosts facilities from local operator SaskTel and smaller MSPs. The repurposing of former cannabis farms into data centers is a growing trend, driven by shared infrastructural needs and energy profiles.
