Structural slab to slab floor heights are 16’6” with loading of over 200 pounds per square foot.

7x24x365 Security with check points for all access, ballistic glass and walls, electronic access with dual authentication and minimum 1 biometric reader.  Video surveillance 	7x24x365 of all exterior and interior areas, and minimum 30 days of archive.

    250 amp overhead busway, optional multiple 400 KVA PDUs, 480V primary, 400/230V    
    secondary available. 2N redundancy.

COMMUNICATIONS
    2 separate network points of entry with diverse underground duct banks to local network
    Dedicated diverse conduits and risers to each data floor.
    Carrier neutral facility with multiple carriers.

FIRE PROTECTION
    Double interlocked pre-action dry type sprinkler system with VESDA throughout building
    
DESIGN PUE
   Montreal NGDC is designed to be best in class with an annualized PUE of 1.20 or better regardless of critical load utilization
