The Société Béninoise d'Infrastructures Numériques (SBIN) is Benin’s state-owned digital infrastructure provider and a leading telecommunications operator. It manages the national fiber optic backbone and international subsea cable connectivity via SAT3 and ACE, while also operating the national government data center. SBIN is responsible for the development, maintenance, and exploitation of public electronic communication systems, serving as both a wholesale provider and a retail operator for mobile and internet services across the country.
