In 2012, industry veterans Nelson and Christopher Rising co-founded Rising Realty Partners, a cutting-edge real estate firm dedicated to deploying technology as a force multiplier and creating value based on our ‘impact as alpha’ philosophy. Christopher welcomed his long-time friend and investor, Scott McMullin, to Rising’s senior management team as Principal and Chief Investment Officer in 2018.
