NorwichDC is a small regional data centre owned and operated by EUGameHost, a UK-focused game server hosting provider. We give local businesses access to affordable infrastructure, personal support and room to grow, backed by practical experience running demanding hosting services.

Resilient power, renewable electricity
Our facility uses 100% renewable mains electricity, supported by an onsite backup generator for mains outages.
Redundant A and B power feeds are supplied by separate UPS systems operating in online double-conversion mode. These condition incoming power and provide battery backup while generator power becomes available. Equipment with dual power supplies can connect to both feeds for resilience against an individual UPS or feed failure.
We provide 24/7 remote hands for physical checks, reboots and onsite troubleshooting assistance. Our 24/7 UK telephone line gives clients a direct point of contact on 01603 336584.
Colocation clients benefit from 24/7 escorted facility access, allowing them to work on their equipment while maintaining controlled entry to the site.
Security and accountability
Our secure facility features access control throughout, strict access audit trails and AI-assisted CCTV. An integrated security system combines sensors and remote alerts to flag potential incidents for investigation, while escorted access provides additional oversight of site visits.
Remote DDoS protection
We also protect infrastructure hosted elsewhere through our remote DDoS protection services, backed by a private Anycast network with over 30 Tbps of scrubbing capacity and coverage across 20+ countries and four continents.
XDP-based edge filtering, protocol-aware game protection, A2S caching and handshake validation help keep attack traffic away from your servers.
Eight filtering locations in London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Milan, Ashburn, Los Angeles, Singapore and Tokyo are supported by 28 upstream mitigation locations.
