The Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) is the central IT authority supporting the digital transformation of Malta’s public administration. MITA manages and operates a Tier III government data center, provides mission-critical ICT services, and drives innovation in areas like eGovernment, blockchain infrastructure, and interoperability frameworks aligned with EU standards. It also leads national cybersecurity efforts through initiatives like the MITA-NCC (National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre) and specialized training programs, including SOC analyst education.
