In addition, Retelit has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire the Italian operations of BT, which will significantly enhance Retelit's fiber optic network by an additional +11,500 km, resulting in a total network span exceeding 47,500 Km. It will also expand Retelit's national data centre infrastructure by an additional +10 MW of power capacity, bringing total power capacity to 28 MW.
