BCC's (Business Consulting Center) Outsourcing Center provides a complex handling of IT environment. We offer a wide range of services: hosting and collocation in own data center, managed services (remote administration), 2nd line support (IT Administrator’s support) or business continuity services (Disaster Recovery, Backup&Recovery as a Service).

Our Data Center is equipped with:
• redundant power supply (two independent power supply lines) protected by redundant UPS systems operating in parallel and additionally secured with the power generator
• redundant data lines, redundant critical elements of network hardware
• a two-tier fire-detection system and Argonite fixed fire extinguishing system for each of the zones in the server room
• redundant air-conditioning system in the form of cooling boxes
• elevated (technical) floor with humidity sensor installed underneath
• movement and seismic vibrations sensors
• fire and humidity detection systems integrated with the telephone exchange
• ongoing monitoring (24/7/365) by security agency personnel and a system of CC-TV with image recording equipment
• restricted access areas which can be entered exclusively by authorized person

We have been providing outsourcing services since the year 1999. Our operation procedures  are based on the IT Service Management System compliant with ISO 20000 and on the Information Security Management System, consistent with ISO 27001.
