RT-One Uberlândia

RT-One is constructing the largest Artificial Intelligence Data Center in Latin America in Uberlândia, Brazil. The facility, situated on over 1 million m² along the BR-497 highway, represents an investment exceeding R$ 6 billion. Initially, it will feature a 100 MW capacity, with plans for expansion up to 400 MW. The data center is designed for high-performance processing, sovereign cloud services, cybersecurity, and AI workloads, adhering to international energy efficiency standards and utilizing 100% renewable energy with advanced cooling technologies. Environmental conservation is integrated into the campus design, with a significant portion dedicated to a Permanent Preservation Area. RT-One aims for a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.1-1.2, positioning it among the lowest in the sector. The project is expected to foster local economic development through job creation and talent training in digital transformation.
