The Scala Data Centers Praia do Futuro Campus, located in Fortaleza, Brazil, is a major hyperscale data center development. The project involves a total investment of approximately 1 billion Brazilian Reais (around $182 million USD).

The first building on the site, utilizing Scala's FastDeploy design, will cover 9,700 sqm (104,410 sq ft). The second building will be 10,000 sqm (107,640 sq ft) and offer 13.5MW of capacity. The campus will also include an on-site substation.
A key feature of the campus is its commitment to sustainability, with operations backed by 100% certified renewable energy. The full completion of the project is anticipated by 2028.
