Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed, 24/7/365, with engineers who monitor the environment; power grid; network and communications infrastructure; and all associated support systems.

Remote & Smart Hands
We are your eyes, ears, and hands too… We can monitor and service the network equipment you have at our site as well. A variety of service plans is available.

Remote Hands – We perform simple maintenance procedures (e.g. power cycling of equipment, checking cabling, equipment reporting) on your servers and equipment, reducing the need for you to deploy your technicians to the site. 
Smart Hands –A more sophisticated set of offerings where certified network engineers perform more complicated operational procedures, such as: the management of equipment, application installations and trouble ticket management.
