The IT- und Data Center Linz 1 is a next-generation facility, positioned as a cornerstone of digital infrastructure in Upper Austria. It is designed to meet the highest standards of security, efficiency, and scalability for enterprise IT needs.

The data center will house approximately 204 server racks across two dedicated server floors, supporting around 9,000 servers. The total technical area spans 588 m², with an additional 600 m² allocated for infrastructure and services.

It will be certified to EN 50600 and ISO 27001 standards, ensuring robust compliance with European data center norms and international information security protocols. These certifications will be effective from December 2025.

The facility incorporates ecologically redundant cooling systems and modern access control technologies. It emphasizes both operational reliability and environmental sustainability, aligning with LINZ AG’s broader commitment to smart and green solutions.

Customers will benefit from reserved underground parking and direct access to high-performance IT services, including housing, hosting, connectivity, and security solutions. The center is designed to be regionally accessible, highly secure, and future-ready for digital transformation.
