Nexspace Graz 2, located on Alte Poststraße in Graz, Austria, marks a significant expansion for Nexspace data centers. The new four-story facility will add approximately 600 sqm (6,460 sq ft) of IT space and 2.2MW of capacity, effectively doubling Nexspace's presence in Graz. The total building size will be 3,000 sqm (32,290 sq ft), with a projected launch date of September 2027. This development aligns with Nexspace's strategy, launched in 2023 and backed by InfraRed Capital Partners, to establish smaller Edge facilities in regional cities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Nexspace's existing Graz facility, acquired in 2024, is a 3.6MW site spanning 1,120 sqm (12,055 sq ft) with capacity for 380 racks.
