Stack Infrastructure is planning a massive 450MW data center campus in Sydney, Australia, marking a significant expansion into New South Wales. The facility will be located at 78 Lockwood Road in Penrith’s Erskine Park, within the Fitzpatrick Industrial Estate. The three-story building will span 82,020 square meters and include 156 backup generators, a substation, water storage, and landscaping enhancements.

The project represents an investment of AU$650 million and is designed to support the growing demand for digital infrastructure in the region. Stack Infrastructure aims to deliver cutting-edge facilities while prioritizing sustainability and operational efficiency. This development underscores Stack's commitment to expanding its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region.
