Goodman

Goodman is developing Project Atlas, a significant data center campus located at 10 Roberts Road in Eastern Creek, Sydney, Australia. The project involves the construction of two three-story data center buildings, which will span a total of 99,310 square meters (approximately 1 million sq ft).

The campus is designed to support up to 500MW of capacity and will include an on-site substation. Goodman Group anticipates an investment of up to AU$5 billion (US$3.37 billion) for this development.

The 17-hectare site, previously a vacant distribution center, will be redeveloped. The location is adjacent to an existing data center campus operated by CDC.
