The proposed Julius Avenue Data Centre in Sydney, Australia, is set to be a cutting-edge facility developed by ISPT, an Australian real estate firm. Located in North Ryde, this six-story data center will span approximately 36,328 square meters (391,031 square feet) and boast a power capacity of 170MW. The AU$1.8 billion (US$1.15 billion) project will feature an on-site switching station and 72 backup generators, each with a capacity of 3.2MW. Initially planned as an office development, the site has been repurposed to meet the growing demand for data center infrastructure.
