Goodman Group is set to develop a 90MW data center campus in Sydney, Australia, under the project name Project Mars. The facility will be located at 12 Mars Road, Lane Cove West, replacing four outdated warehouse buildings with two two-story data center facilities spanning 18,830 sqm (202,684 sq ft).
The company plans to invest AU$1.2 billion ($725 million) in the development, reinforcing its commitment to digital infrastructure. Goodman, traditionally focused on logistics and industrial real estate, has been expanding its data center portfolio since 2005, with a global power bank of 5GW across 13 cities.
