Zerra DC is planning a significant data center development on a 45-acre site located at 300-340 Barry Road, Campbellfield, north of Melbourne, Australia. This site was formerly occupied by a Ford car assembly plant, which closed in 2016. The proposed campus is slated to comprise six buildings. Zerra DC, an investment firm AGP-owned company previously known as AGP DC, has a portfolio of data center developments planned across India, Japan, and Australia, with a total secured capacity of 920MW in these regions and the US.
