ResetData and Centuria Capital Group announced their partnership to develop the first Australian public AI Factory

ResetData, in partnership with Centuria Capital Group, is launching Australia’s first public AI Factory, known as AI-F1, in Melbourne’s Central Business District. The facility will be powered by Nvidia H200 GPUs and cooled using ResetData’s proprietary liquid immersion technology, designed to eliminate wastewater and reduce emissions by 45 percent.
The initial deployment will deliver 1.25MW of compute capacity, housed within Centuria’s 818 Bourke Street property under a ten-year lease. AI-F1 is expected to go live in Q2 2025 and will serve as the foundation for a broader rollout of AI factories across the country.
This supercomputing hub will offer on-demand access to Nvidia-certified AI models through a dedicated marketplace, enabling businesses and government agencies to leverage enterprise-grade AI without upfront capital investment. ResetData estimates a 40 percent reduction in computing costs for users, making advanced AI capabilities more accessible and cost-efficient.
