A significant data center campus is proposed for development at 585 Berwick-Cranbourne Road in Clyde North, a suburb southeast of Melbourne, Australia. The project, located within the City of Casey, has a potential investment of up to AU$1.1 billion (US$769m).

The 53.6-hectare site is situated in the Urban Growth Zone, designated for future development. The City of Casey has received the planning permit application, marking it as the first of its kind for the municipality. Real estate firm Galileo Group acquired the land in November 2022 for AU$130m.

City planning officers are currently reviewing the application, with a commitment to a thorough, fair, and transparent process that considers community interests and project impacts. As of the report, six objections had been lodged on the Casey planning portal.
