NEXTDC Darwin Campus

NEXTDC Darwin Campus, located at 2-8 Ryko Court in Darwin, Australia, is a developing data center facility. The D2 Darwin facility is scheduled for completion in the first half of FY27 and will add 6MW of AI-ready capacity to the Darwin CBD. This expansion aims to enhance resilient, mission-critical capabilities at the network edge. The campus, which includes the existing D1 Darwin facility launched in 2024, is strategically positioned to leverage Darwin's role as a gateway to Southeast Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific markets. D1 offers 1MW across 3,000 sqm of technical space and capacity for 1,500 racks. The D2 facility is expected to support initiatives like Google's Australia Connect for the Bosun subsea cable system. The development emphasizes local participation and contributes to sovereign digital infrastructure in Australia's Northern Territory, strengthening regional connectivity and supporting AI-driven transformation.
