BNE1 is a purpose-built Tier III facility with 1.8MW of installed IT capacity across approximately 900 sqm of NLA. It features concurrently maintainable systems and is situated on land leased from Brisbane Airport Corporation until 2049, with options extending to 2096.
BNE2 is a Tier IV facility offering higher density computing and efficiency, designed to service hyperscale customers. It has 1.7MW of installed IT capacity across approximately 1,232 sqm of NLA and is exploring new technologies like liquid cooling. This facility is a key component for the Queensland Government's data migration.
BNE3 is a planned greenfield development adjacent to BNE2, with an option to expand the lease. It is projected to deliver 19.6MW of IT capacity across 9,786 sqm of land, constructed to Tier IV design standards, with an estimated completion in 2027.
