EMPATEL Data Center

EMPATEL's data center, located in Santa Rosa, La Pampa, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to ensure reliable and efficient operations for the province's telecommunications network. The center features advanced infrastructure, including systems for energy and cooling redundancy, high-definition cameras, access control, and energy consumption monitoring.

An upgrade in 2024 introduced a new substation with a 315 kV capacity, guaranteeing uninterrupted power supply for its operations. This facility houses critical services such as the Network Operations Center (NOC) and the Customer Service Center, supporting key clients like the Ministry of Connectivity and Modernization, the Institute of Social Security, and the Bank of La Pampa.

The data center is pivotal in maintaining connectivity across La Pampa, with plans to further enhance its cooling systems in 2025 to uphold high-quality standards. Its modern design and technological advancements reflect EMPATEL's commitment to bridging the digital divide and fostering equitable access to connectivity in the region.
