The Alfredo Coto Datacenter (ACDC), developed by the Argentine supermarket chain Coto, is the country’s first private data center to achieve triple international certification: ANSI/TIA942-C for design and construction, and DCOS for operations.
Built in just 200 days using modular and prefabricated construction by engineering firm DCE, the facility includes 40 racks, 200 kVA of redundant UPS and generator power, and 16 precision air conditioning units. It’s designed as a mission-critical hub to support Coto’s strategic operations in retail, logistics, financial infrastructure, and data processing.
With an investment of over $6.5 million, the datacenter enhances Coto’s technological resilience, scalability, and operational agility as part of its broader modernization strategy.
