We operate data centers in several locations, including St. Louis. The space we have in St. Louis is in excess of our requirements and we are seeking to sublet part of it.

The facility was recently extensively upgraded by Digital Realty Trust and includes state-of-the-art security, power and HVAC.


The facility is now owned by Netrality (
It is a SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type II data center and includes redundant power supplies with battery and generator back-up.

Appia's Space

Appia's data center includes suites 525 (2,025 SF) and 530 (2,354 SF).
Appia's cage is located in Suite 530 and is approximately 360 SF.
The suites are located across the hall from the facility's Meet Me Room (Suite 515). The facility is carrier-neutral and served by a variety of carriers.
Appia's lease expires in February, 2021.

Power and HVAC

The data center is served by 330 KW. Of that total, approximately 165 KW is used for HVAC, leaving 165 KW for equipment.

Each suite has one UPS unit.
Suite 525 has two CRAC units and Suite 530 has four units.

Over the past 12 months, electricity costs have averaged $.074 per KWH.

Office space on the same floor is also available.
