STACK Infrastructure and ESR Group have partnered to develop a 48MW data center in Incheon, South Korea. The facility will be operated under the STACK brand and is strategically located to provide robust access to power and network connectivity. Construction began in Q1 2023, with completion expected by Q4 2024.
The data center is designed to support hyperscale and enterprise customers, offering scalability and reliability for high-density computing. The facility will incorporate environmentally friendly design elements, ensuring industry-leading power usage effectiveness (PUE) and sustainable building standards.
STACK Infrastructure continues to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, complementing its existing developments in Japan, Australia, and Singapore. ESR has also been growing its data center footprint, with plans for 300MW of capacity across APAC, reinforcing its commitment to digital infrastructure investment.
