The Infrastructure Unit is derived from normalizing 10 years of client workload statistics across a broad range of applications to define a granular work unit comprised of memory, CPU, I/O and bandwidth. By abstracting at this level we are able to deliver compute services independent of the virtual machine, hypervisor or hardware platform. 

Our business model is simple. You create your own blend of fixed and variable costs based upon how much you choose to pre-purchase versus buy on demand.
