AFS Center

The AFS Center is located on the south side of Alameda Drive, just a quarter mile from the Tempe Diablo Stadium.   Our building is approximately 13,000 square feet with the capability to expand to about 20,000 sq. ft.  

The building was originally constructed and used as a bank vault for a major bank.  Thus, all exterior walls are reinforced concrete, and all openings to the outside are also reinforced with additional rebar.   Our building currently has 2500 sq. ft. of raised floor environment which would support up to ninety (90) 48” deep cabinets at 6 kW per cabinet.  

On site equipement includes tier-4 generators, the most up to date Liebert NXL UPS system, and custom built AC units with VFD compressors and economizers for free cooling mode. Utilizing these systems greatly reduces facility operating budget and lower utility costs.

 The facility can be easily expanded to approximately 10,000 sq. ft of raised floor when needs dictate expansion of the physical space.
