Stackscale is an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provider that offers highly available
and reliable Private Cloud Solutions. They are suitable for both companies that are
looking for a Cloud-like environment using the industry standard APIs and
methodologies, and those looking for a classic approach using a virtualized and highly
Today´s technologies within areas such as networking, storage and virtualization have
evolved enough to allow computing platforms with radically a NO Single Point of
Failure (SPOF-less). Different levels of protection can be provided, including
continuous operations with no downtime in the event of a complete loss of power in
one datacenter (application level HA must be arranged), and automatic failover that
shorten to just a few minutes of downtime the extremely rare event of a large
catastrophe in a large area. These are not a Disaster Recovery based solutions, which
are needless in this case. They actually provide guaranteed continued operations.
To achieve this level of geographical disperse redundancy, the company has presence
in several datacenters across Europe, and will soon operate also in the USA region.
Traditionally, these solutions have been only suitable for very big IT budgets due to
the high costs involved. Stackscale aims to bring them to the tightest budgets by
homogenizing and automating its platform at the highest level that is possible.
Despite that automation, Stackscale solutions are highly flexible and customized to
meet the needs of each of our customer projects.
The company is headquartered in Amsterdam and has a subsidiary based in Madrid
