Aside from the physical location, the facilities perimeter walls are constructed utilizing Office of Homeland Security construction specifications security level "Medium".  Our data center has surveillance cameras throughout the interior and exterior and are backed up to DVR.  24/7/365 customer access is available via secured man trap which utilizes triple token (proximity card, biometric, and PIN) security.  

We have massive internet bandwidth available from our two tier level carriers with dual points of ingress into the data center from both.  Tech Vault is a node on each carrier's regional SONET ring.  ISP infrastructure is installed in separate and secured rooms in our facility.  All on-site network infrastructure is provided by redundant systems from Cisco.   We deploy Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and provide 100% uptime in our SLA's to keep your systems online and available in the event of a network outage from either provider.

The Data Center floor is equipped with APC&#39;s award-winning InfraStruXure design, which integrates power, in-row cooling and humidification, rack space, and environmental systems management to provide the industry best in availability, stability and efficiency.

Tech Vault is currently HIPAA, DSS, and PCI compliant and will soon be SSAE16 - compliant in the very near future.  Our facility is managed by Tech Group, Inc. one of Vermont&#39;s leading IT service providers, with trained and certified engineers always on site to act as remote hands or as in-depth design deployment and troubleshooting personnel.  Our facility is monitored 24/7/365 by Tech Group engineers.
