Details:
The Building is being renovated as a Tier 2 Data Center. There is presently 3 Megawatts of power with plans to increase the capacity to 7 Megawatts within 1 year and evevtually 24 Megawatts. The Bulding has two separate electrical feeds from the power company. The space does not have raised floors and Crac AC units are being used. The building has 300 lbs per sq ft floor loads.
