• Redundant HVAC systems with automatic failure-over control the temperature in the range of 61–75°F and humidity range of 40–55% based on ASHRAE's "Thermal Guidelines for Data Processing Environments as optimal for data center conditions. We utilize economizer cooling, where we use outside air to keep the data center cool in combination with hot/cold aisle to maximize airflow and energy efficiency.

• Power systems utilize N+1 redundancy with uninterruptible power supplies, Natural Gas Generators and automatic transfer switches allow all critical systems to be connected to both the “A-side” and “B-side” power feeds.

• Physical access to the building is based on biometric two factor authentication access to the data center is restricted to select personnel by key fob and monitored by video camera.
