The facility was established in October of 2003 and offers 25,000 square feet of raised floor space.
The facilities power comes from a dedicated underground substation feed. It is backed up with redundant UPS units fed from separate battery banks. Additionally, a 2 MW generator stands by ready to provide back-up power in the unlikely event of interruption. All mechanicals required to operate the facility are located below the surface as well.
