Our newest facility is an 8 story building opening initially with phase 1 of 2500 sq. ft. of office space and 6,000 sq. ft. of usable data center space, with over 750kw of usable power. The initial space is being built out on the 8th floor. Future phases will also be ~6000 sq. ft. of data center space and full floors or half floors are available for custom builds, etc.

This is a carrier neutral facility, we do offer our own network products but also offer easy access to other carriers such as Abovenet, Atlantic Metro, and Cogent who are currently on-net in the building with easy access to Level(3), AT&T, Verizon, RCN, and others out of 717 S. Wells next door. We also have our own dark fiber ring back to 350 E Cermak and can offer dedicated waves and cross connects to the 350 E Cermak Meet Me Room.
