Background:
The Lumison Croydon Datacentre is located a few miles from the centre of London. For customers from further away, the centre is located a 30-minute drive from Gatwick Airport.

The Croydon Datacentre was custom-built for a interactive TV company in 2000 and Lumison took the facility over in 2007. There is dedicated on-site parking for customers and a loading dock for receiving larger deliveries.

Details:

The Croydon Datacentre is almost tier 4 with a 1.5MW connection to the incumbant electrical supply ring main, backup generators with N+1 redundant UPS and HVAC.
