Background:
The Lumison Newbridge Datacentre is located a few miles from the Newbridge roundabout (near the M8/M9 merge) making it ideal for customers from throughout Scotland. For customers from further away, the centre is located 15-minute drive from Edinburgh Airport (but not on the flight path).

The Newbridge Datacentre was custom-built for Lumison during the summer of 2004 and opened in October of that year. There is dedicated on-site parking for customers and a loading dock for receiving larger deliveries.

The Newbridge Datacentre is almost tier 4 with a 2MW connection to the incumbant electrical supply ring main, 2 x backup generators with N+1 redundant UPS and HVAC.
