MediaCloud manages a total area of over 3,000 m2 of the ICT infrastructure.
MediaCloud has 6 data processing centers scattered around the world, all with at least a Tier 3 certification by Uptime Institute, from where it provides cloud computing services. The strategic focus of the group is evident with the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the telecom operators Overon and Xarxa Oberta.

MediaCloud is the lead technology company represented by the Mediapro group, oriented to information and communication technologies, multimedia environments and audiovisual broadcasting , which has extensive experience in the infrastructure of data processing centers, telecommunications network and information flow management of large volume of data ('Big data'). Designs and implements projects, integrates systems and offers consulting, installation and maintenance services worldwide, and for this reason, has headquarters and offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Paris, Miami, Buenos Aires and Dubai.

MediaCloud procures their customers with infrastructure of ICT services (Housing, Hosting, IaaS and PaaS) based on a new model in which applications are distributed between de group's data centers, ensuring data security, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiencies assuming current needs and future challenges of the business. Our clients get all of this while maintaining and increasing control over the management of the network's quality and the services that are configured along with a technology partner willing to take the volume of investments required it to carry to term.

The MediaCloud nodes have networks with physical presence, with capacities of 10G and fully redundant physical paths in the buildings of interconnection of Telvent Barcelona, Interxion Madrid and our office in Madrid.

We have Transformers, than it received teh energy at medium or high voltage from the power supply is converted into low voltage (230 / 380V) to the rest of installations of different data centers by using transformers. For supply security, there are two separate power points. In all centers there is an N + 1 level of redundancy. The generators are responsible for supplying electrical power to machines and systems of the data centers if there was an external fault in the supply. They have a range to last several days while the external supply is restored.
The generators are checked and tested weekly. As in previous systems, the level of redundancy is N +1. Also we have UPS allows uninterrupted power supply across the data center's teams. The autonomy of these systems is 10 minutes, enough time for the generators to operate at their maximum. There is an N +1 redundancy level in all centers and 2 (N + 1) in some.
The three-dimensional modular UPS are class 1 with automatic choice of operation with circular and scalable redundancy. It has a certified performance of up to 99%.
