New Telco SA (Pty) Ltd was formed in 2009 and is co-owned with a 67% shareholding held by the listed ICT solutions company Jasco Electronic Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

Jasco was established in 1976 and provides infrastructure solutions to Network operators, Enterprise customers and government owned utility providers. Jasco operates across sub-Saharan Africa in the fields of ICT, Security, Power and Broadcast industry.
