DATASPACE I Building is powered by six (6) independent electrical feeds. Each data hall is supplied by two (2) independent power streams served by PDUs connected to two (2) of the power streams which provide dual power supply IT equipment with two (2) independent power sources. All critical mechanical equipment is also powered by dual feed switchboards. Each of the six (6) power streams is supported by a dedicated diesel generator (Distributed Redundant n+1 ) with 82 hours reserve fuel supply. The generators in combination with the UPS system and the 6 MW battery backup guarantee an uninterrupted conditioned power supply.

Chillers and Dry coolers are n+1 design (Distributed Redundancy). Down-flow cooling guarantees maximum cooling for your equipment. Room temperature, humidity, dust control, UPS systems, PDU's, fire alarm, lighting and EMS are maintained with an advanced building management system (BMS).

DATASPACE I Building provides two (2) hour fire proof walls, floors and ceiling. Very Early Smoke Detection Alarm (VESDA) detection system, powder and sprinkler fire suppression systems provide guaranteed protection against fire. Data halls and critical equipment spaces are served by a central advanced gas (NOVEC 1230) fire suppression system.

DATASPACE I is equipped with a state-of-the-art Security Management System to prevent unauthorized access to your equipment. Our security personnel are 24/7/365 "on site" to insure maximum security. Security system provides 24/7/365 access control and DVR recording on cameras.

Entry to critical equipment areas including security station, control center and equipment corridors are controlled by combination of access card and IRIS scanner system. Entry to the secure zone of the reception area is through an individual man-trap with access card and biometric hand scanner. All access to data halls is controlled by access cards and biometric hand scanner. All corridors, access doors and other critical areas are covered by CCTV cameras with motion detection and DVR recording which are kept for a minimum of 3 years. Exterior of building is covered by cameras mounted to provide 360 degree view of all areas inside the security fence.


A private data hall provides dedicated space which can be tailored to your specific needs. Power supply and climate control system are dedicated exclusively to your needs for maximum security and availability. Multiple data halls can be combined to meet your special requirements.

A cage provides a space separated from other clients, within a shared area in a data hall. Power distribution and climate control system are shared with other clients.

DATASPACE I Building is service provider "neutral". An interconnect area Meet Me Room (MMR) is established in DATASPACE I Building for service providers racks and terminal equipment for any licensed Service Provider a customer may select. Six (6) diverse 150 mm conduits are installed from MMR at the Main Point of Entrance (MPoE) at the North of the building and at the Secondary Data Entry Point (SPoE) at the South of the building to provide connectivity to M9, M10. Each data hall is provided with four (4) 100 mm dedicated conduits from MMR to the data hall.

2 200 sq m of office space will be available to DataSpace customers for Disaster Recovery Offices and workplaces for their IT staff.
