Wilhelm-Fay-Strasse 24 (FRA30) is located within the Digital Park Sossenheim hub in northwest Frankfurt. The facility is part of a larger 40,000 m² campus situated 15 km from Frankfurt Airport. It provides 99.999% availability and connects to the European fiber optic network, supporting telecommunications companies, internet service providers, and internet exchanges.

Technical infrastructure includes two independent power supply feeds with area-dependent UPS redundancy of N+1 or N+N. Cooling is managed via energy-efficient refrigeration systems using R1234ze refrigerant with N+1 redundancy. The facility features a 1000kg/m² floor load capacity and an 800 mm raised floor height with 3-meter ceilings.

Security and safety measures consist of 24/7 on-site staff, CCTV monitoring, and proximity access cards. Fire protection includes VESDA early smoke detection and Fogtec high-pressure fogging. Connectivity is supported by over 10 on-site providers and two separate building entry points.
