The SQL Technologies Datacenter reaches an area of 2690 square feet in total.

Room available is half of the bay (23U) and the whole bay (48U). 

Standard Electric supply is 1 KVA for half a bay and 2 KVA for the entire bay. Additional KVA can be provided within a study regarding availability and cooling capacity. 

Sites are availables 24/7, as the technical support (level 1) which is supported by our technicians both qualified and certified. 

SQL Technologies offers various products and services as IP connectivity, back up and protection handling. 

The solution includes ; fire detection, site access management, proximity services and power supply.

- From Monday to Friday: 9 am to 12:30 and from 2 pm to 6 pm
1.2.	Green IT : 

Our Datacenter is cooled by a redundant iced water production.

Le Free-cooling is sustainable method which use low temperatures of external air in order to help the cooling  water system. This principle is called GreenIT. 
1.3.	Site security :

Our Datacenter has several security levels :

Level 1 : Physical site security 

Level 2 : Security cameras, remote monitoring

Level 3 : Controled Datacenter access security

1.4.	Power supply quality:

The site is equipped with a high voltage supply. (800 KVA protected by a circuit breaker)

From this entry, the whole buildings and facilities are supplied with ripple and non-corrugated voltage.

The Datacenter has two rooms of redundant inverters associated with batteries that take the lead in case of an electrical cut. 

In the case of an extended electrical cut, a generator running with fuel will take over and has a autonomy of three days. 

Tests on the infrastructure are realized once a week to meet requirements of high availability for banking customers.

A monitoring room is well equipped to supervise and manage the Datacenter.

1.6.	Internet provider :
Our Datacenter is equipped with 2 redundant Internet bays which supports both xDSL and fiber.

Site is powered with 2 fibers in Load Balancing (Level 2) with a guaranteed debit 100% of the time.

Availability rate is 99.749% following the standard TIA-EIA-606-A.


A higher level of security is actually in study to obtain a level RS3 (99.982% of availability)




1.7.	Cooling system :

Each chillers has a capacity of cooling of 140 KW and air conditionning cabs of 64.2 KW.


Temperature guaranteed :
Room temparature is now around 22°C (+/- 2°C).

1.8.	Backups and Disaster Recovery Plan:


We have the possibility to set up Backups and Disaster Recovery Plan on demand.
